I know how challenging it can be to live with body-focused repetitive behaviors like hair pulling, skin picking, and nail and cheek biting. For me, I know that these behaviors get more intense during times of stress. This has been a year of crazy stress and I know that many people are struggling more than ever with their behaviors.
I promised myself that someday I would put together all of the gems I've discovered from private practice, my personal journey, and parenting my daughter through repetitive behaviors, into a simple program that could reach more people and help them find more freedom. 18 years after getting my doctorate and 2,400 patients later, I've finally made that promise a reality.
